Since I last posted, I’m down 5 pounds – not sure why since I didn’t work out at all this week & my diet has been horrendous, but I HAVE been drinking more water.
As a result, I’m challenging myself to drink 1 gallon of water every day this week. I have a few theories as to what this will do:
1) Decrease my soda intake
2) Help me BREAK my soda addiction once and for all
3) Clear up my skin
4) Change my cravings to healthier foods (because who wants to eat Burger King with water??!)
5) Keep me from feeling hungry throughout the day – this last one is due to the fact that I currently drink perhaps 1 to 2 glasses of water a day & a lot of my hunger pains are probably attributed to dehydration.
This time next week, I hope to be down another 5 pounds & I am attempting to go to the gym 3 nights before my next post
I have been doing well with the no alcohol thing – I have had a few drinks here and there, but only once a week and no more than 3 glasses. This is an improvement
Also, I finally finished my MBA application & have begun studying for the GMAT – I’m psyched.
